Do I need to be famous or extraordinary to qualify?
No, but you do need to demonstrate that you are a recognised leader or emerging leader in your field. “Recognised” doesn’t mean globally famous; it means your peers and industry acknowledge your contribution. Many of my clients were surprised by how strong their case was once we properly structured their evidence.
What's the difference between the Global Talent Visa and the Innovator Founder Visa?
The Global Talent Visa is for individuals with an exceptional track record in a specialist field, technology, science, arts, digital. The Innovator Founder Visa is for entrepreneurs with an innovative, viable, and scalable business idea. Both require endorsement, but through different bodies and with different criteria. A discovery call will help clarify which route suits you.
What if I've been rejected before?
A previous rejection is not the end. Many of my clients were rejected before working with me. The key is understanding why, and rebuilding with a stronger, more strategically positioned application. I’ve helped numerous people turn a rejection into a successful endorsement.
How long does the process take?
Typically 4–12 weeks from initial engagement to submission, depending on the complexity of your case and how quickly we can gather evidence. Endorsement decisions then typically take 3–8 weeks from the endorsing body.
